making biodiesel by physical production - Learn How To Make BioDiesel

BioDiesel is a clean burning alternative fuel made from several different renewable resources including corn, vegetable oils and even animal fats. Remember how oil prices soared immediately after the Hurricane Katrina, now is a good time for alternative fuel.

That s right, it the same stuff we all use to cook with everyday. Biodiesel is the only alternative fuel to have fully completed the health effects testing requirements of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments. Some manufacturers provide vehicles pre-filled with biodiesel blends.

Biodiesel refers to the pure fuel before blending with diesel fuel. Most agree that there are potential environmental and health benefits to be realized by biodiesel producers, suppliers, and users. With congressional leadership favoring the acceleration of greener energy in a way that clearly benefits their constituents and lobbyists, there undoubtedly will be winners and losers.

The benefit of creating a fuel source from waste products is such that the world as a whole is a better place. The challenge we face is to educate the public about the issues surrounding biofuels and what is good or bad.
