Some manufacturers now extend warranty coverage for new diesel powered vehicles to use lower blends of biodiesel, provided the fuel meets applicable standards. Biodiesel produces much lesser emissions than normal fuel thereby making it so much safer for the environment.
It has a lower emission compared to petroleum diesel, so it has a better effect on our environment. Changes to the feedstock source or additives may be needed to address the cold flow properties of this fuel. Having only natural ingredients, it has no emission that can potentially harm the environment.
Bio-diesel reduces carbon emissions. It will require a vast area of land to produce enough fuel to replace the petroleum fuel. You really only need two things to make biodiesel, a supply of vegetable oil and a biodiesel processor.
It is only relatively recently that modern day governments have begun to encourage large scale recycling. The petrol prices have shot up over the past few years around the world and a common man can feel the pinch in his pockets.
