An increasing number of original equipment manufacturers are endorsing the use of lower biodiesel blends. Without a shadow of a doubt, the world is currently facing one of its greatest crises, which if not urgently and expertly dealt with, can bring the global economy to a complete halt.
The production cost in some countries is still expensive. You can also use vegetable oil that has already been used. It is less toxic than table salt and biodegrades as fast as sugar.
It is being suggested by many biodiesel advocates that excess or waste vegetable oil can be the best source of oil to produce this alternative fuel. And the best part is it can be oil that has already been used and recycled. If you are unsure if making biodiesel is something you want to do you might try finding someone close by who is already making it.
The challenge we face is to educate the public about the issues surrounding biofuels and what is good or bad. Most governments have been proceeding with caution and rightly so but mixed messages from governments around the world have only added to the uncertainty around the use biodiesel fuel.
